Jennifer Hudson is the youngest woman to achieve the EGOT

The 75th Annual Tony Awards were held last night, and some history was made. Jennifer Hudson has now won an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Award, making her the seventeenth person to do so.

Hudson had previously won an Emmy, Grammy, and Oscar, and she added a Tony to her collection on Sunday.

Hudson is the 17th person to be named to the EGOT list.

Hudson was honoured as one of the producers of A Strange Loop, which won best musical at the Radio City Music Hall celebration.

Hudson earned an Oscar Award for Best Supporting Actress in 2006 for her role in Dreamgirls.

She has two Grammy Awards, one for Best R&B Album in 2009 and the other for Best Musical Theater Album in 2017 for The Color Purple.

Her Emmy was for the animated short Baba Yaga, which won her a daytime Emmy for Outstanding Interactive Media.
